REDD+ awareness was carried out in the Tikina (District) of Dreketi in the Province of Macuata on . Representatives from the 7 villages attended which included men, women and youth. This initiative is part of the TEBTEBBA & World Bank funding given to the Soqosoqo Vakamarama (SSV) an NGO that is part of the Fiji REDD+ CSO Platform to carry out awareness at the community level.
